  Support with layout, flow, seating charts, and overall aesthetic cohesion so your day feels intentional, elevated, and totally you.

• Vendor Communication & Coordination
  We handle all the emails, confirmations, and last‑minute questions. We also verify that your venue has the required insurance documentation from every vendor — no chasing, confusion, nor day‑of surprises.

• Customized Event Timeline
  A clear, easy‑to‑follow schedule that keeps everyone — vendors, event/wedding party, family — on the same page.

• Venue Walkthrough
  A final on‑site review to map out logistics and make sure everything runs smoothly.

• Rehearsal Coordination (weddings)
  I guide your rehearsal so everyone knows where to be and when.

• Full Event‑Day Management
  The team at Nitsa Designs is the first on site and the last one out — managing setup, vendors, transitions, and every moving part with high energy and calm leadership.

We’ll start with your vision and run the full event planning journey, designing the day, finding the vendors, and every small detail in between. So you don’t have to.

This includes designing the theme with you, finding the right caterer, rentals equipment, venue, florist, live music, photo booth, photographer, bar tender, or even creating calligraphy invitations, as needed.
