Behind the name, Nitsa crafts refined floral and event experiences with heart, creativity, and art.
I’m Nitsa.
I have always been passionate about creating beauty and bringing joy. Growing up in a large Greek family, my home was always a hub of celebration, full of life, music, wonderful food, and, of course, my flowers. Our backyard was my first event space, sparking a lifetime love of entertaining.
This passion led me to the California Culinary Academy, and then to The Ritz‑Carlton San Francisco, where I led the garde manger kitchen and the hotel’s renowned high‑tea service, a signature program celebrated for its precision and elegance.
My path then brought me to Jordan Vineyard & Winery, where I spent 18 years designing and leading high‑level events as Director of Hospitality and Events. During that time, I developed the winery’s guest‑experience program, refined my approach to fine‑dining hospitality, and created an acclaimed floral program that drew media attention.
Today I continue to do what I love — utilizing my experience, talent, and love for design and entertaining, to bring my clients’ vision to life.
